Lisa is a documentary filmmaker, podcast host, frequent radio, television and print media guest expert, TEDx speaker, and a contributor to The Huffington Post, Mind Body Green, Thrive Global, Positively Positive, and Inspire Me Today. She’s the author of several titles including Are We Happy Yet, a book that discusses the 8 keys to unlocking a joyful life. Through her wide-ranging career, Lisa has redefined the pursuit of happiness. She is an expert in the skill of HARVESTING HAPPINESS even under life’s most challenging circumstances.
Amanda Osburn, SPHR, CWWS, serves as the on-staff Wellness Consultant at SullivanCurtisMonroe Insurance Services. In this role, she educates clients on key trends, considerations and best practices in worksite wellness and uses custom wellness program design to drive both cost-savings and employee engagement/retention. With 15+ years’ experience in the Human Resources and Employee Benefits industries, Amanda is a devout advocate for HR. She holds professional licenses and designations in HR, benefits and wellness, and serves as the Chair for the South Orange County chapter of Professionals in Human Resources Association (PIHRA), where she presented on “The Business Case for Wellness” at CAHR19.
